Classic Cuban drinks like Floridita's Hemingway Daiquiri Hemingway, also known as Papa Doble (light rum, maraschino, grapefruit juice and lime juice), are featured alongside cheeky nods to the mother island, like the Canineros Special, Trio Matamoros (straight barrel rum with cafecito cubano and a cigar). The menu includes classics like suckling pig with steamed yucca and mandarin mojo.
