Fue en 2015 cuando los fundadores Coco Coig y Jorge Sánchez comenzaron esta aventura y sueño al crear este restaurante con el estilo de comida, sabores y ambiente sofisticado pero acogedor. Después de un año de viajar y visitar restaurantes al rededor del mundo Coco Coig y Jorge Sánchez decidieron establecerse en Miami y perseguir sus sueños. En el año 2017 los fundadores encontraron el lugar perfecto en el corazón de Wynwood y así fundaron finalmente Le Chick.
