I was so impressed with this place! I HIGHLY recommend. The vibe, the food, and the drinks were a 10/10. Not to mention that JAVIER, the manager, was extremely kind. He was so attentive to our experience and if we were enjoying. Worth every single penny!
Had a spectacular experience at this restaurant! Kathy was nothing short of excellence! Every course that came to the table was beautifully delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t experienced this gem, to do so.
Kevin was our server and he was great. Very attentive and brought everything at just the right time. My only complaint is that we made reservations for 2 and the hostess told us to have a seat for a minute but then she forgot about us because people kept coming in and they were all being seated.
The best Japanese food I’ve had. Every dish was delicious and will never let you down. They also have geisha that I am the first time to see in person. Such a luxury experience from food, service to environment. Will come back again.

Each plate was presented with care, and every bite reflected the attention to detail that goes into the restaurant’s culinary program. It was clear that quality and consistency are priorities at Yamashiro. The ambiance added another layer to the experience. The setting was elegant and inviting, while the music perfectly complemented the restaurant’s atmosphere, creating a relaxing yet vibrant dining environment. The combination of décor, lighting, and sound made for an enjoyable evening that felt both upscale and comfortable. While the restaurant is certainly on the pricier side, the quality of the food and service makes it worth the visit. One area for improvement would be the seating. I understand that lower seating may be customary in some Asian cultures, but for many guests in the Western world, chair height can significantly impact comfort during a meal. The low chairs slightly hindered the overall experience, and on future visits, I would likely request a standard-height chair. Overall, Yamashiro Miami delivered excellent food, outstanding service, and a memorable atmosphere. Despite the minor seating concern, it is a restaurant I would gladly return to. In fact, rather than simply calling it a decent experience, I would say it was an experience worth repeating—one that left a lasting impression and earned another visit in the future.
