This might be the best Italian fusion hidden gem in all of miami. It’s a fantastic experience. Family owned, greeted by the owner on arrival every time. I’ve been there twice in the last 2 weeks for the Ossobucco and Risotto. It’s so tasty and fabulous! Definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. Highly recommend!! 5/5

We had dinner for the first time at Fugato. Ismael was our waiter and was fantastic in terms of his service and recommendations. He made us feel like we were family. His recommendations were spot on. We had the ribeye, pasta Fugato and short rib with champagne risotto. All delicious! We had a few appetizers of which the star was the tostones - very good. Finished with the Ismael recommended flan. Atmosphere was perfect - cozy and romantic. We like that the restaurant is off the main coral gables drag - plenty of paid street parking. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.
Fugato is Diamond amongst Diamonds. Coral Gables provides a pic of great restaurants, but my first pic is always Fugato. The staff welcome you as if you were a family, and the place is cozy, romantic, and elegant. I have been here many times and always leave looking forward to the next time. The food is always amazing. So much so that I never even look at the menu. On the country, I always look forward to hearing them, share So eloquently their specials for the day. The meals are always plated beautifully, but that is an understatement compared to the flavor of entrées and desserts They offer.
