Candice Umansky Pilates
She has 45 years old, She is Brazilian with a degree in physical education for 20 years. She've traveled to different places, taking courses and improving myself every day. She did pilates training in Rio de Janeiro, pilates focused on motor re-education and rehabilitation. I love working with elderly people, where many need to relearn everyday movements, or simply keep the body moving to be physically and mentally healthy. I also took several courses for Seniors, SP, RJ, RS (Brazil).
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
