I had an incredible first-time-ever massage experience at BodySense. The young man at front desk was super kind and helpful. My masseuse was Carmen. She was so kind, amazingly talented, and answered any doubts or questions I had. The environment will literally instantly lower your cortisol levels. I feel brand new. Can’t recommend more!
Wow! A true gem! Had a relaxing 60 min massage with Patricia and it was amazing! She was soso good, i came because i found them on classpass and i am so glad i did, i will be coming back. Patricia was great, perfect pressure, did every single part of the body and i loved every minute of it! Also the lady at the reception was super nice and welcoming and the highlight was the frenchie dog that came to say hi! Cant wait to come back! Thank you!!
5 stars isn’t enough for my experience at BodySense. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Lauren Hernandez is the best massage therapist. Her skill and technique are absolutely incredible. I chose the deluxe package, and it was worth every penny. I left feeling amazing and cannot recommend Lauren and BodySense enough!
I appreciated that the massage was a full 60 minutes, but overall the experience at Body Sense was disappointing and honestly a bit strange. My massage therapist’s name was Ginger, I believe. When I walked into the room, there was a couch throw pillow for my head and a long beanbag-style pillow for my legs, both without pillowcases. After Ginger came back in, I asked whether they were clean, and she said they are usually placed underneath the sheet, so she covered them at that point. However, I had already laid on them briefly beforehand, and the whole setup did not feel sanitary or professional. I had booked a prenatal massage and specifically requested a side-lying massage since I am pregnant. Ginger had me lay on my left side for most of the massage, but she never had me switch sides, meaning she only massaged one side of my body and never the other. For the last 15 minutes, I was on my back on a wedge, which was comfortable, but I was genuinely surprised that only one side of my body was worked on during the entire prenatal massage. I honestly wasn’t sure whether this was a mistake or whether she may have been inexperienced with prenatal massage. The massage technique itself also did not feel skilled or therapeutic. It mostly felt like lotion being lightly applied to my body rather than an actual massage. Unfortunately, I left still feeling like I need a proper massage, and overall it did not feel worth the cost.

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand your needs. Aidee is my go-to massage therapist—she is exceptional at deep tissue massage and always knows exactly how to target areas of tension. I always leave feeling relieved, relaxed, and rebalanced. Carla is equally amazing for facials; she has incredible attention to detail and consistently provides thoughtful recommendations based on what your skin truly needs. You can tell they genuinely care about your overall well-being, not just the service. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalized attention, makes a difference. I always leave feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Bodysense to anyone looking for a high-quality wellness experience!
