She has 45 years old,  She is Brazilian with a degree in physical education for 20 years. She've always worked in my area, as a personal trainer, helping people to transform their lives, looking for a better quality of life, be it weight loss, muscle mass gain, improving your skills, improving your health in general. Another segment She love to work on is Krav Maga, self defense. Where She had the opportunity to do my training in Israel, Argentina and SP.

In self-defense, She teach the importance of people knowing how to defend themselves, through fast and efficient techniques, always prioritizing their own lives. She also teach self-defense for children, where it is important for them to know how to defend themselves against physical and verbal attacks such as bullying.
