To this day the entire staff goes to great lengths, working with various suppliers, fishermen and farmers to source the best sustainable and local seafood.

Whenever possible, this outstanding location only uses fresh whole fish and butchers in house, allowing us to maintain the highest quality. Oysters are flown in from all over the United States, in many cases directly from the farm where they are raised in pristine waters, labeled with harvest area and date to ensure the highest quality and safety. 

The River Oyster Bar's premise is to continually train its staff to be able to speak to our customers about our cuisine, wines and spirits in an informative manner. If oysters and seafood aren't your thing, don't worry, they put just as much effort into their non-seafood cuisine. Always focused on sourcing local foods, from Homestead farms to Central and North Florida, whether it's Florida grass-fed beef, organic chickens, Homestead heirloom tomatoes and Homestead honey, Hollywood micro greens, local Cape Canaveral shrimp and Florida Keys stone crabs, quality ingredients are what The River Oyster Bar is always all about.
