The remaining balance (remainder fee) must be paid at check-in before the activity begins. Please note that the deposit is applied toward the total cost of the experience. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation to complete check-in, sign the required waivers, and attend the mandatory safety briefing. Paying the deposit confirms the booking, but the full payment must be completed on the day of the activity before participation.
