Very good food from a small menu that changes. Creative dishes, although not uniformly excellent. Still a good restaurant to try. Good, attentive service in a nice setting.

Reservations required - beautiful and thoughtfully executed - all servers were so proud and spoke highly of every dish and wine options. Gorgeous concept and kitchen organized for beautiful presentation 💫

I have been wanting to try Recoveco for a while because of all the glowing articles and 5 star reviews. I was finally able to on Valentine’s Day, when I was surprisingly able to get reservations only a few days before. The decor was modernly simple, but with somewhat uncomfortable chairs. Service was pretty good overall. We were seated pretty quickly and the staff were very attentive, but the food took about 30 minutes to be served, so they lost a point there. We had high expectations for the food but unfortunately, we were disappointed. We had the pork chops and the chicken and they reminded me of food in Europe, which can be pretty bland. Definitely nothing special, especially for the premium prices charged. We have had much better chicken and pork chops at other restaurants, that were more moderately priced. The drinks were limited to only beer and wine. The restaurant is located behind Salty Donuts, if you’re familiar with the area. Parking can be a bit difficult to find, unless it’s after business hours, and you park in one of the business parking lots. We were left a bit puzzled by all the glowing reviews and articles. But maybe we are just used to the much more flavorful food that you can get in Miami.

We went here on January 24th 2026. There were 3 of us. I will simply parrot much of what has been written about the food and offer a couple of criticisms. Yes, the food is remarkable; nearly all of it. We had 2 apps: radicchio salad and liver mousse. Both fantastic. Of the 2 entrees, the pork chop was a winner, the lamb pasta was just OK. In between apps and entrees we ordered the beet and tangerine dessert as a "palate cleanser" of sorts. this was a great idea and one that the employees there said was always a consideration but no patrons had dared try. i must say it was a winner. i did feel as if the wine selection by the glass was wanting. the malbec was dreadful so I took the bordeaux, which was just OK. the seats are hard wood and could use some cushions. the noise level increases as the evening wears on, likely because everything in the space is concrete and wood. generally, however, this place lives up to the many fine reviews and is as expensive as you would expect in today's miami dining scene.

An unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is refined yet inviting. Service is flawless — Julian was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Each dish feels like a work of art, balancing flavor, texture, and presentation beautifully! The rose wine was delicious and my husband got the beer (from Doral) and he loved it. The desserts are also incredibly delicious. I got the grouper which was amazing and my husband got the pork with the mamey sauce. I dont like pork or its texture, but my husband really liked his dish! Everyone needs to experience this at least once. 10/10.
