Exceptional food , service and atmosphere. Not many places I can say that about!! Matador Room in the Edition is tried and proven. You won’t find a better location ambiance, gorgeous outdoor seating and impecable service . Andres , our waiter tonight, walked us through the entire menu, had great recommendations, asked us about food allergies, kept us abreast of the timing of our food. He as friendly, knowledgeable, and did not rush us. The food was over the top, EVERYTHING, we ordered as tasty, cooked to perfection and elevated. The arroz con pollo was incredible as was the tuna tartar . We can’t wait to return and you should experience this menu at least once. You will be back, as we will. Miami elevated dining at its best !
Very classy and beautiful for fancy occasions, but I wasn't really blown away by any of the dishes we had. For me, the habanero hot sauce added a great kick to some of the dishes. Given the high price tag, I don't think the food value was there even though it tasted great. Out of all the dishes, I think the red snapper was really delicious with the lemon emulsion and carrots. The short rib tacos were also super tender. The arroz con Pollo has that crispy skin and goes really well with the hot sauce.

A truly calm and luxurious atmosphere. The food is genuine and beautifully prepared, and the red wine was excellent. Maria took great care of us with warm, attentive service. A wonderful experience overall.
Truly a spectacular experience! We had the entire restaurant to ourselves, VIP seating on the window with exceptional service from Maria and David, whom must of stopped by our table at least a dozen times to check if we were having a great time. The flavors and presentation were fantastic, especially the tuna tartar, and Nutella croissant which is served warmed! Oh la la!
