I just want to advise that this was my first and last time at this facility. It was a Father’s Day dinner that was ruined. Nothing online said valet only which is fine. Then nothing said that steak was only inside not roof top. But when we got there I asked the young lady at the front desk and she advised we can get steak on the roof top and here is the menu. GREAT! Not so much. Get ready to order and there is only tbone out the entire beef menu. The father that was being celebrated end up getting a burger since we drove an hour and rain is in the forecast so why leave. Burger HORRIBLE! How do you mess up a burger. Tbone was not worth $115 . Maybe $40! Should have went to Houston’s but wanted to try something different . Appetizer was horrible. Best thing on the menu was the drinks. Made perfectly! Never will recommend and will make sure to warn others before coming. This may be why there was not many reviews on it. Was just hoping to find a diamond in the ruff. Nice atmosphere for drinks and convo but don’t eat! Notified the waiter twice that the food was horrible but he just ignored that part. Paid bill and left. Father’s Day 2026 Dinner ruined
Feb 13, 2026 Amazing views, great flavors. We were super excited to try the whole Norwegian crab 🦀 (which they bring out live and completely de-shell) Unfortunately, service was sub par. Also very disrespectful and disappointing that the waitress needed to confirm THREE times that we could afford the whole crab. Other than service, this place is good.
My first visit to Klaw Miami was truly unforgettable. We came to celebrate my first pregnancy, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The level of care, attention, and warmth from the team was simply incredible. Not only was our serving staff amazing, but the manager, Daniela, went above and beyond to make me feel like the most special mommy-to-be in the world. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and you could genuinely feel how much they cared about making our celebration meaningful. The atmosphere, service, food and overall experience were unmatched—it turned an already special day into something I’ll remember forever. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate this new chapter with my family. Highly recommend!
Came here to celebrate my fiancées birthday and had a wonderful time. The space is beautiful, the service is fabulous, and the food is incredible! We were very indecisive on what apps, steak cuts, sides etc. to pick and kudos to our waitress, Mika, who gave us the best suggestions (all of which we followed). We started with the tuna tataki and giant prawns, followed by the Australian ribeye with sweet potato and mushroom sides, and everything was a 10/10. They also gave my fiance a hand written birthday note which was truly so sweet and sincere :) We will definitely be back soon!
I came here for a birthday celebration dinner. The food was good, but definitely overpriced. I feel like this is one of those places where you just go to say that you went there because it’s really a place to be seen. The reason why I’m giving them only three stars is because they automatically add 20% tip at the bar. I think that’s insane and I refuse to go back just because of that. Tip should not be automatically included at the bar. Two cocktails should not mean that I am forced to pay eight dollars in tip. Yes I had two cocktails at the bar and it was over $50 after tip. That is just insane and this was the first and only time I will be visiting this restaurant.
