Great food! Fresh and authentic, very savory. Service was perfect. I had the grape leaves, beet hummus, lamb wrap, and meatball wrap, accompanied by rose tea. This is not the main restaurant, but a satellite. In any case, if you are in the design district and enjoy food from the region, it's a must.
As a Turkish girl visiting Miami 🇹🇷🧿, I’m truly not exaggerating when I say we absolutely LOVED this place. We had lahmacun, tea, Turkish coffee, and baklava — and every single one of them was 100/100. The lahmacun was perfectly thin and full of flavor, the tea genuinely tasted like home, the Turkish coffee was exactly how it should be, and the baklava… simply incredible. I don’t say this lightly. Everything felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. I especially want to highlight ANDREAS. ❤️❤️❤️He was incredibly warm, cheerful, and genuinely attentive throughout our entire visit. So sweet and welcoming from the very first moment. His energy is truly stunning — you can feel how much he cares about making guests feel comfortable and valued. Service like his is rare and unforgettable. As Turks abroad, it means so much to find a place that gets everything right — both the flavors and the hospitality. Food tasted very delicious and fresh. Their hummus is amazing, bread is good too，love the vibe too. All servers are welcoming.
We went for lunch on 2/21/2026. Food was decent overall, but the service was pretty spotty. Our first server forgot to bring water. The second server who delivered our food also didn’t bring water. We finally had to flag down a third server to get it. Meanwhile, there was a teenager going around refilling water for every other table — except ours. It was honestly kind of odd. We were also told they were out of lamb, which was surprising since lamb is featured throughout the menu. It’s our favorite protein, so that was disappointing. We ended up ordering two protein bowls. The grilled chicken was delicious and well-seasoned. The braised beef, however, was bland and not very tender. One thing to note: they automatically add a 20% gratuity for all parties.
Love seeing small restaurants expand ⭐️ 2nd Floor near the food court. Living in this area I have been going to El Turco in Buena Vista since it opened. Happy to have it expand to the design district as it his area needed some more small easy dinning. Give this place a try if looking for something casual yet delicious while shopping! The food was good and the service even better. You can tell it’s still a bit new as our mains took quite some time to arrive with the lunch rush.
