After years of being loyal customers of Café Vialetto, we were excited to visit the new Casa Vialetto!! and it absolutely did not disappoint. If you’re wondering whether the classics are still there, the answer is yes… and they’re just as incredible as ever. My wife had the Short Rib Risotto, and I ordered the Filet with Champagne Risotto. Both dishes were outstanding and every bit as delicious as we remembered. The new space is beautiful, with warm, elegant décor that creates the perfect atmosphere for a special dinner or a night out. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is the hospitality. Owner Marcello is always there personally greeting guests, checking on tables, and making everyone feel welcome. That personal touch is rare these days and makes the entire experience even more memorable. We’re so happy to see this new chapter for Casa Vialetto. The food, service, and atmosphere are as exceptional as ever. If you were a fan of Café Vialetto, you’ll feel right at home. If you’ve never been, do yourself a favor and check it out…you won’t be disappointed.
As expected from Marcelo Chopa and crew at his new revelation Casa Vialetto, he brings his top notch cuisine, unmatched serice and cocktails from mixologist Tony and excellence in service from Niki and crew, to provide an amazing lunch or dinner experience with delicious food and libations. Wonderful experience! Everything from the service to the wine, the appetizer, the soup, the entree, etc. was absolutely delicious! We are so lucky to have this gem in town. My husband and I went on a date night but wouldn’t hesitate to go as a family. Can’t wait to eat there again!
We celebrated my son’s graduation at Casa Vialetto and had a wonderful experience. Although the restaurant is new, it is led by an owner and chef with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, which is reflected in every detail. I enjoyed an outstanding Branzino, cooked to perfection. Excellent service, an elegant atmosphere, and a memorable evening for such a special occasion. We will definitely be back!
