I love this place. Personally I think it’s one of the most beautiful restaurants in Miami, and we’ve been there four times. However, during our last visit, we ordered one bottle of water with dinner. The waiters kept pouring water into our glasses, later we realized they charged us for a second bottle without asking. The water cost $9. I think they should have asked before opening another bottle. Our bill was over $300, and we didn’t complain. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time. During our first visit, the bartender charged us for a drink we didn’t order. I thought it was an honest mistake, but now I feel they aren’t very careful with billing. I love the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the food, but I was very disappointed with this experience.
Second time here, favorite Italian restaurant in Miami by far. The food is the perfect balance between classic Italian with a modern twist with local flavors. The service is immaculate, the manager and the servers are incredible. The caccio e peppe is unforgettable, and both negronis they serve are the best I’ve had in my life. I don’t know if you’ve had Negroni with parmiggiano before, but if not you’re missing out. Highly recommend, would give it more stars if I could.
After finding out that Torno Subito from Singapore opened their doors into Miami Design District; I had to come and give a try! And why not celebrating one of my fav gal’s birthday! We decided to do their Tasting Menu - La Dolce Vita at a price of $165 (ten course meal) including their wine pairing at $85 Everything was top notch from beginning to end! Every single bite, every single sip and lots of memories that will last a lifetime! Still Singapore location is my favorite out of these two. Atmosphere and vibes are amazing! It is located inside the Moore Building so expect and if you’re into architecture one heck of an amazing view if you’re sat in the middle of the restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Amazing experience at Torno Subito. The food was creative, fresh, and full of flavor, with every dish beautifully presented. The atmosphere is vibrant and elegant at the same time, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Definitely one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended.
First time dining in the Design District, and Torno Subito did not disappoint. The interior and exterior were both tastefully done, with perfectly dim lighting, music at just the right volume, and unbelievably friendly staff. The octopus was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was so tender it was hard to believe it was octopus. The cacio e pepe was rich and creamy, with just enough tang to balance the sauce nicely. I also really enjoyed their elevated take on BBQ beef with the Wagyu short ribs. I usually would not choose key lime pie for dessert, but our server described it so well that I decided to take the leap, and I’m glad I did. It was rich, beautifully finished with a dusting of charcoal, and paired perfectly with the sorbet. Overall, I would highly recommend Torno Subito to anyone who enjoys Italian food or simply appreciates a great all-around dining experience.
