Sunny’s Steakhouse exceeded every expectation and was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Miami. From the moment we arrived, the energy, atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional. We came on a double date, and every single dish was outstanding—the Caesar salad, the warm bread rolls, the grilled sausage, the perfectly cooked Porterhouse, every side, and the corn agnolotti pasta were all absolutely incredible. It’s rare to have a meal where every course is a hit, but Sunny’s delivered from start to finish. The real star of the evening, though, was our server, Clara. She was genuinely phenomenal. She was warm, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs from the moment she introduced herself. Every recommendation she gave was spot-on, she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her sense of humor made the entire evening that much more enjoyable. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and it’s obvious she truly knows and loves what she does. Clara elevated an already amazing dinner into an unforgettable experience. May I also add the music was phenomenal, great shuffle from every genre that was vibey! It’s easy to understand why getting a reservation here is so difficult—Sunny’s is absolutely worth the hype. We genuinely can’t wait to come back and are already looking forward to making this one of our regular spots. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Clara, for such a special evening. We can’t recommend Sunny’s highly enough!
Sunny’s Steakhouse exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was exceptional—everyone was attentive, constantly checking in without being intrusive, and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about every guest and pay attention to every detail. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully executed. The steak was cooked perfectly, incredibly tender and juicy, and every bite was packed with flavor. Everything tasted thoughtful and well-balanced. The restaurant itself is stunning. It has such a beautiful European vibe—elegant, cozy, and romantic without feeling pretentious. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and enjoy the entire evening. After trying several of the most popular steakhouses in South Florida, Sunny’s is still my favorite. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I can’t recommend it enough.
This superb American Steakhouse surprises with original combinations and flavors in Lamb and Pork Chops making any meal memorable. The Cavatelli and Mushroom Chitarra were outstanding. Dessert with a fresh and tasty Black Forrest and Kouign-Amann Ice Cream Sandwich were delicious. Most impressive was the level of friendly, professionalism and concern in customer satisfaction that every person showed. Without a doubt, Sunny’s is among the top 0.5% of Miami restaurants. Highly recommended!
Finally got a reservation to come here and so glad we came. The experience overall was overall phenomenal. We originally were to come at 8pm but switched it to 5:30 and felt like the daytime vibe was perfect. We sat inside and all of the staff were extremely attentive and quick. We got the Parker Rolls, Crab Agnolotti (table favorite) and the Hanger Steak. I won’t lie I felt like the steak tasted a bit gamey but was cooked well so that’s fine with it being the cheapest steak here. We also paired it with the creamed spinach which had breadcrumbs on top and added a nice flavor to the dish. Our awesome server surprised us with a side of the potato’s with some potato butter and we would definitely get them next time as they were both a 10/10. The key lime pie dessert was the cherry on top and great way to end the meal. In terms of drinks the Guava Cosmo, Living Dead (which was incredibly spicy) and the Green Ghoul which was not overly Smokey and more cucumber refreshing were all good. I usually don’t think most things are spicy but the living dead definitely had a kick so beware of that. Otherwise if you see a reservation grab it! Worth the wait for sure And how could I forget parking is free! WOOP
Sunny’s is truly spectacular. We celebrated our wedding night here and my husband’s birthday every year since they’ve been open. The service is always great from the moment you’re greeted by the hostess to the server remembering simple details like your past orders and favorite drinks. The food is always perfectly prepared and delicious. Please try the wedge salad it’s definitely underrated. You can never go wrong with the Parker house rolls, wedge salad, ribeye, French fries, creamed spinach and wagyu beef tartare. Cocktails are always great too. There are alot of restaurants in Miami but Sunny’s takes the cake for consistency. 11/10, no notes.
