Michelle Berstein does it again. We decided to visit Sra. Martinez during Miami Spice . The decor was very nice . Rodrigo, our waiter was great . He was patient and helpful. He explained a few things on the Miami Spice menu . Our food was great.! The Churrasco was cooked to perception. I recommend Sra. Martinez more for a special place to go for great service and for an excellent meal.
We have been thinking about coming to Sra Martínez for too long… it was a great experience. We tried the ox tail paella. So delicious. Rice was perfection and the spices divine. The bone marrow added so much flavor! The carbonara croquettes, a small bomb of flavor explosion! And Albariño was perfect maridaje. Juliana helped us and served us with love and an outstanding attitude! We will come back, soon.
Had a great experience at Sra. Martinez. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating—we chose to sit outside and really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, especially with the added touch of live music. The food was excellent. The shrimp paella was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the red snapper was outstanding—fresh and beautifully prepared. For dessert, we tried the bread pudding, which was a little different than expected but still very good and worth trying. Overall, a wonderful spot for a vibrant dining experience with great food and ambiance. Definitely recommend!
This Coral Gables establishment kind of snuck up on me. I hadn’t heard of it, and didn’t know it once existed (in a different iteration though). I’m happy to find it now in its current elegant state. The bar is beautiful and would make a great backdrop to a date night. The restaurant was full of people enjoying their happy hour. They have other specials that run throughout the week. We ordered a couple of dishes to share but I will say the stand out was the mussels. The sauce was outstanding, we wanted to sop up every last bit. The bartender Harry was a breath of fresh air.
Happy hour has great drinks and apps. The carbonara and mushroom croquetas, and the braised mussels were so delicious , we ate them before I was able to snap a picture. The grilled snapper sandwich is light and packed with flavor. Bartenders are masters of their craft. Making my paper plane exactly how I like it and their garden gimlet will have you ordering a second round. This restaurant is warm and inviting. Great spot for any occasion!
