If you’re looking for a great smash burger in Miami, this place is a must. The menu is simple, but everything is done really well. The atmosphere is awesome, and even though there’s almost always a line, the service is surprisingly fast. They keep the menu small and focus on quality. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Miami. 🍔❤️🔥🤟🏻
The best smash cheeseburger we’ve ever had. Seriously life-changing. Perfectly crispy edges, insanely juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. If you’re in Miami and don’t try Skinny Louie, you’re missing out. 11/10.
My Sister and I went here due to a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! The burgers they serve here are smashed burgers (for those who are not aware). I really don’t like smashed burgers until today when I tried their Skinny Louie cheeseburger, it is so tasty, juicy and some parts of the patty is also crunchy! The ambiance inside is like a deli but they also have outdoor seating . They also have ketchup, mustard and mayo dispensers for your condiments needs and a water dispenser for those who don’t want sodas.
This was my first time going here, so my expectations were high, and MAN did they not disappoint! The food here is PHENOMENAL! From the burgers to the fries to the gosh darn MILKSHAKES, this restaurant is so good and deserves more popularity! The restaurant cooks up your food in less than 15 minutes! And the atmosphere makes you feel like you traveled back in time! I finished my classic cheeseburger in 10 minutes because it was so good! Five stars!
I've been looking forward to trying one of these locations & finally did in Winwood. Burger was very good, as I love smash burgers. Very good, but not the best I've had as it seem linear in its flavor profile as in 100% unctuous. I ordered the Applewood bacon burger, but really didn't taste the Applewood bacon I like the balance of the brine that pickles give, but that didn't seem to be an option. Also, their sauce I thought could be a bit more tangy. Don't get me wrong, it's a great burger & I'll go back to try another one to ensure it was me in not thinking it was the absolute best
