Intimately nested on the 5th floor of EAST Miami and overlooking Brickell City Centre and the Miami skyline, Quinto La Huella is an urban reinvention of Uruguay’s favorite beachfront destination “Parador la Huella”, which has been named one of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino for 9 consecutive years. Known for its unique open-fire parrilla and wood-fired oven, our signature restaurant brings wholesome flavors to the table with the freshest catch in multi-atmosphere dining spaces and one of the most spectacular lush outdoor terraces in Miami.
Our Chef's Table features a display of Mediterranean inspired salads, charcuterie, appetizers and artisan breads. Priced at $28, guest can also enhance their palette by adding on Quinto’s signature protein items such as skirt steak, octopus, chicken and more.
Chef’s Table is offered weekly from 12pm – 3pm, Monday to Friday for lunch.
‘RAW by Quinto’ sushi menu features a careful selection of nigiris, sashimi, rolls, specialty dishes and the new Quinto Platter. RAW by Quinto is offered weekly from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner.
