The kitchen, helmed by chef Helmy Saadon under the helm of 26 Michelin-starred chef Michaël Michaelidis, aims to take guests on a culinary journey through the shores of the Mediterranean and Japan, creating a creative expression of flavorful Mediterranean-Asian cuisine.
