Deborah was our server, she was very attentive but not overwhelming. The food was great better than anticipated. We also had stuff plantains, and yuka fries, all very good. My husband had the churassco and I had the octopus. I had 2 Mojitos passion fruit and he had 2 coronas. Alfredo the host was really nice and welcoming. Always kept coming by to see how we were doing.
Great place! Even on a Tuesday night it was packed with live music and people dancing. Deborah was our waitress, and she was amazing—friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The entire staff was welcoming, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back!
Best experience and Best Cuban food in Miami! Was greeted by the amazing Alfredo gave me a salsa lesson. He made learning salsa so easy. I made it just before 2x1 happy hour was over. Mojitos were perfect for this hot summer day! I had empanadas, avocado salad, and the star of the show was the fried red snapper…so damn good. Laura Martinez was my server and she served me with a smile. I highly recommend Sala’o
While visiting Miami, we wanted to try some authentic Cuban food so we ventured out to Little Havana and found this spot. Alexis was our server and was amazing!! I asked for recommendations and his picks were delicious ‼️We tried a couple appetizers (the empanadas were superb), our main course and several mojitos. The flavors of each dish were bold and complimented each other perfectly. The live music and dancing completely transformed the meal into an experience. Very impressed with the food, service, atmosphere and entertainment.
It's a place with great atmosphere and vibe. The staff were friendly and polite and Mabel made us feel great. The oyster shot was great. The house salad was just very dry, with a few cherry tomatoes. The steak sandwich was a little thin with dry bread and a bit of souse and onions. Very basic like taste and experience. A bit surprised by the very high rating of the place, but our experience was more on the average side.
