If you are looking for an absolute masterpiece of a dining experience in the city Uchi Miami completely blows everything else out of the water. The vibe inside is sleek modern and incredibly high energy making it the perfect backdrop for a special night out. The food here is next level and a total sensory experience. Every single dish that comes out of the kitchen and the sushi bar is a work of art with incredibly fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations that surprise you in the best way possible. The quality of the fish is pristine and the balance of textures in their signature tastings is completely flawless. The service is just as impressive with a staff that is highly knowledgeable attentive and guiding you through the menu perfectly. Their beverage program is top tier as well featuring amazing craft cocktails and an exceptional sake and wine selection. It is easily one of the best premium culinary experiences around and worth every single penny. Highly recommended
One of the best meals and service I’ve had. Nelly went above and beyond to serve us and to make my mom feel special on her birthday. She offered us a birthday scallop nigiri which was so fresh and buttery. The uchi lunch is such a good deal and will leave you full. Nelly explained what each item we got served was, how it was prepared and how to eat it. Will 100% be back, one of my new favorite restaurants. Very highly recommend!
Excellent food, excellent service. The lunch pre-fixe and drinks are a great value. Everything we had was delicious, beautifully plated, and well thought out. The crispy rice dishes were amazing. I wish we had more time in Miami so we could eat here again!
I had such a wonderful experience at Uchi! The food was amazing as always every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was pleasant and thoughtfully prepared, making the entire meal feel special from start to finish. We were celebrating a birthday, and the extra touches from the staff truly made the evening memorable. Those little details meant so much and showed how much care the team puts into creating a great experience. A special compliment to the host, who was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Their warm attitude set the tone for the night and made us feel right at home. Uchi never disappoints, and we can’t wait to come back!
This was an incredible experience for tastings of different fish. Their menu is very elaborate and their dishes are very well thought out in reference to the combinations and pairings they put together. Their cocktails were pretty enjoyable. Our favorite dishes had to be the flounder and brisket, they were so flavorful and the brisket melted in my mouth. Service was extraordinary, they were very cautious about our allergies. Definitely an amazing experience 😍
