Stopped by for a quick appetizer before heading to another restaurant, and I’m honestly glad we did. We had the truffle fries, and they were so good — perfectly crispy, rich, and addictive. We also ordered the crispy tuna rice, which was easily the highlight. Super fresh, flavorful, and really well done. Even though it was just a quick stop, everything was solid. Great spot for appetizers or a casual bite before dinner. Would definitely come back.
My third time here and I always order the same thing. The turkey sandwich with au jus and horseradish aioli. The food is always so good. The first time and second time I came my service was so awful. From taking forever to just come greet the table, never checking in after dropping the plates off, both the servers asked me for additional tips at the end. I work in hospitality and i can’t imagine asking my tables for extra money like that. Finally my third time here (maybe 3rd times the charm) I got Sabrina! She has been so sweet and attentive, suggesting I try different sides with my sandwich and just overall amazing. Thank you!! Definitely asking for her next time.
I stopped into The Henry on a whim while I was in the Brickell area, and I am so glad I did. I had walked past a couple of times, saw the Old Fashioned on the menu, and decided to let the little inner voice win. Great decision. This was a quick bar visit, but it ended up being such a beautiful way to close out the week on a Friday. The Old Fashioned was absolutely divine....smooth, well-balanced, beautifully presented, and yes, it came with the fancy ice cube, so you already know they were not playing around. It settled my nerves almost immediately and gave me that perfect “exhale, the week is done” moment. I also ordered the short rib potstickers, and they were delicious. The short rib filling was tender and flavorful, and the dumplings had the perfect sear on the bottom. The presentation was beautiful, but the flavor definitely backed it up. The service was also excellent. The staff was attentive, courteous, prompt, and friendly. Even though I was just sitting at the bar for a quick bite and drink, I felt checked on and well taken care of throughout my visit. I don’t make it to Brickell often, but The Henry is definitely worth a return visit. Great atmosphere, great food, great cocktail, and great service. A lovely little Friday reset.
The Henry was one of the highlight dining experiences of our time in Miami. The food is top notch. The spicy tuna crispy rice is incredible and the short rib is just as memorable. They also have mini cocktails like the Tiny Tini that are as tasty as they are adorable. What really stood out was the service. Both Kims and Derius couldn’t have been more kind, professional, and personable. It’s rare to experience service this thoughtful these days. They are also incredibly dog friendly. Our pups were treated like VIPs and their water bowls were kept just as full as our drinks. We visited multiple times during our stay and will absolutely be back.
We definitely need one of these in Michigan! The food was great and the service was excellent! My friends dined in for dinner when they landed and spoke so highly of it that I had to check it out TWICE before flying out. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Truly enjoyed my experience.
