Cristian.. & his staff are incredible. I haven’t seen a team that truly seemed to love working with each other. They were welcoming 10/10 service. We even got to try a Peruvian cerviche! The food was incredible! Everything was fresh came out fast. The restaurant is stunning! Will 100% go back thank you for the experience. The drinks were amazing!
I visited Pao by Paul Qui on a very rainy night, and from the moment I arrived, the experience felt warm, polished, and intentional. I was immediately greeted by the front of house team, who were lovely, kind, and welcoming. Since I travel often, I usually dine by myself, though I tend to make reservations for 2. When I arrived, the team thoughtfully adjusted the table setting for 1, which may seem like a small detail, but it made a meaningful impression. It showed that I was expected and that a place had already been prepared for me, which feels especially nice when dining somewhere exceptional. The service throughout the evening was wonderful. They began the reservation by greeting me by name, and everyone was attentive without ever being overwhelming. The team was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and created a warm atmosphere that made me want to settle in, relax, and truly unwind after a long day at a trade show. I ordered the fried chicken, which was a beautiful take on Korean fried chicken, along with the braised greens, which were warm, comforting, and full of flavor. Dessert was stunning, artistic, and beautifully presented. It felt like something you would see on Top Chef. Overall, I very much enjoyed my evening at Pao. The food, service, and atmosphere all came together beautifully. I honestly wanted to stay all evening, and I will definitely be back.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, the service is attentive and genuinely welcoming, and the manager, Christian, clearly sets a high standard—everything runs seamlessly. The food was exceptional: fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Overall, a flawless dining experience. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.
For not having a Michelin star but being Michelin recognized, Pao definitely treats their guest just like a Michelin star restaurant!!! From the minute we valet our car it was pure A class service from the hotel to the restaurant. The presentation of the food was right on point as you can see from my pictures and the quality was top notch! Very elegant restaurant at night and I can only imagine during the day with the view of the ocean! Definitely a grade A restaurant for me and I will be definitely going back when I visit Miami again!!
Friends got delayed so I needed to find a place to dine solo. There was an open reservation so I booked it. There was love music. The music was not too loud. Cocktail and food was delicious and service was excellent. Started with an amuse voucher of cucumber with green papaya. I think it had a bit of fish sauce. Tasty bite. Then had two buried (mushroom and eggplant). Mushroom was the highlight. Next came the Kenilaw with Yellowtail. Such a delicious bite. I would never think to pair apple with fish. Finished the meal with the fried chicken and grilled greens. Fried chicken had great flavor but didn't have the crispness that I prefer. The grilled greens is actually a cold salad with some of the frisée grilled. Overall, it was a great meal.
