We tried going to another well‑known Cuban restaurant, but the wait to be seated was way too long. A few steps down the street we spotted La Carreta and figured, Cuban food is Cuban food anyway. Turns out we couldn’t have been more wrong, La Carreta blew us away. We had the best chicharrón of our lives, crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, and the ropa vieja was absolutely exquisite. Even their congrí was perfect, which is rare since most places undercook it. Make sure you save room for the crème brûlée. And our server, pretty sure his name was Dagoberto, was fantastic. Thank you for making the experience even better. Don’t skip the Mojito. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Miami.
Stopped yesterday for breakfast. The service was fast and professional, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and not crowded — perfect way to start the day. Truly a Miami must-stop. Highly recommend!
Don't skip out on the branzino with garlic. What an amazing and flavourful garlic dish, I'm happy I copied my friend's order. Grab a caramelo for desert and a coffee and you're all set.

Been here Twice so far for Bruch and there sandwiches don't miss. The Media Noche and the Calle Ocho hit every time. The café Cubano is on point. Juices are fresh. Chill atmosphere with the locals. Prices were right on.
