Fantastic experience at Hakkasan in the Fontainebleau! The food was outstanding, the short rib was incredibly tender, the orange chicken was packed with flavor, and the black pepper tenderloin was absolutely delicious. The highlight of the night was our bartender, Ana. She surpassed all expectations with her incredible cocktails and warm, personable and inviting personality. She made us feel genuinely welcome and elevated the entire experience. Hakkasan is lucky to have her. We’ll definitely be back!
By far the worst dining experience we’ve had at Hakkasan, especially on Mother’s Day. The service was incredibly slow, and our waiter Juan Pablo was unfriendly and completely inattentive throughout the meal. He made Mother’s Day brunch at Hakkasan a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t even half full, yet it took forever just to place our order, have dishes cleared, and get drink refills. On top of the poor service, the brunch menu has become extremely limited. They no longer offer the dim sum platters as pictured in the advertisement and many of our favorite dishes including the venison and pumpkin puffs are no longer on the menu. We loved bringing our parents here for dim sum and to celebrate special occasions, but after today, this will definitely be our last visit. What should have been a special Mother’s Day celebration ended up being a huge disappointment.
Had a great dinner at Hakkasan Miami. The food was outstanding from start to finish. We tried the Steamed Chilean Sea Bass with garlic, and it was easily the highlight of the night. The fish was incredibly tender and literally melted in my mouth. The Baby Pak Choi paired perfectly with it and balanced the dish really well. We also ordered the Szechuan Style Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice, and both were excellent. The chicken had great flavor with the right amount of spice, and the fried rice complemented everything perfectly. The atmosphere was elegant, service was attentive, and the overall experience definitely lived up to the reputation. A great spot for a high end dinner in Miami Beach.
Absolutely top notch service , located at the fontainblu hotel . Reservations are easy to make through open table or by going through the hotel concierge w options typically available for walk-ins. From the warm greetings at the host stand to our table from the staff we loved the detailed and attentive service. Staffford was exceptional, showed us through the menu and made some really good recommendations that we wouldn't have picked but ended up being very good. The dimsums here were the highlight of the night, the food came out extremely quick even for a Saturday night evening dinner . We had both the veggie dimsum and regular dimsum platter. The lobster dumplings, they come in 3 and are absolutely delicious and we're so pretty. They were made to look like swimming koi fish. We quickly ordered another . The sanpei seabass was very meaty as was the orange chicken . Thank you for the complimentary dessert as well. Overall great dinner and even better service and staff. Would highly recommend.
Had a delightful dinner here to celebrate our anniversary. Bruno provided us with the most amazing service for our special night and every part of our meal was fantastic! Even the ambiance was beautiful and the ONLY negative for us was that the music is very loud which makes it hard to hold a conversation. Otherwise, it was a perfect night.
