Virginia Key Beach är en av de mest intressanta stränderna i södra Florida. Den ligger vid Rickenbacker Causeway, nära Miami SeaAquarium. Dess bra läge har gjort det till ett av de mest frekventerade kustområdena av turister och Miamis egna invånare, en faktum som inte avtar från dess särskilda charm.

Om du vill undvika folkmassorna på stranden måste du gå en bit, och mycket nära börjar du hitta lugnare platser och områden bortom folkmassorna. På den södra delen är hundar tillåtna (i koppel). På norra sidan finns en vindsurfingplats.
