BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT. THE HOSTESS WAS VERY KIND WITH A CERY NICE TABLE TO TAKE OUR PICTURES. AMAZING MEMORIES OF MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY!!! NEW YORK STEAKS ARE DELICIOUS IN MY CASE WITH MASHED POTATOES!!! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!! RICARDO (SERVER) WAS EXCELLENT! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BIRTHDAY'S DESSERT! ALL WAS GREAT!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rosa Negra – Amazing Service from Rigo & Santiago I had such a great experience at Rosa Negra thanks to two standout team members: Rigo, the bartender, and Santiago, our server. Rigo was incredible behind the bar — friendly, attentive, and truly skilled. Every drink he made was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. His energy is fun, welcoming, and professional, and you can tell he loves what he does. Santiago matched that same level of excellence. His service was smooth, thoughtful, and full of great energy. He checked in at the perfect moments, made great recommendations, and kept everything flowing effortlessly. His positive attitude really elevated the whole night. Between the delicious drinks, great food, and exceptional service from both of them, Rosa Negra delivered an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend asking for them — they’ll make your visit even better.
10/10 The waiting for the table was a little annoying and the music was a little too loud however I have to give props to the waitress who was amazing at her job and a professional. The food was also DELICIOUS. I strongly recommend the salmon tiradito - it was incredible. It’s also a great time for people as there was music and lights given to all of us to engage- was a great plan for a Saturday night!
Jostin was an amazing server at Rosa Negra in Miami! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He had great energy, interacted with us throughout the night, and gave excellent recommendations on both food and drinks. We were celebrating my man’s birthday, and Jostin really made the experience special. He made sure everything came out perfectly, from our food to our drinks, and checked in at just the right times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He was sweet, professional, and truly on point the entire evening. Thanks to him, we had an incredible time and a birthday dinner to remember. If you visit Rosa Negra, definitely ask for Jostin!!!!
What an extraordinary experience we had at Rosa Negra! An atmosphere of exquisite food aromas mingled with rhythmic music and a great vibe from people enjoying it all. We had the pleasure of being served by Diane, who was more than attentive, very kind, and incredibly patient, making our evening and dinner truly special. Diane, thank you for your wonderful dedication; you made our night. The food was delicious. We started with the Beef Empanadas; so tasty! For our main courses, we had the Beef Tenderloin Tacos and the Wild Mushroom Risotto, both absolutely delicious, with flavors and aromas that combined the comforting touch of our grandmothers' cooking with the innovative flair of a modern chef. The drinks were original and unique. And the Magna Cake for dessert—what a treat! Not a single crumb was left! A tremendous experience. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to everyone, and thank you!
