our server christina at Paralia was AMAZING! she was so sweet and added to the evening with her kindness. we truly appreciate when a server goes above and beyond even just for a simple dinner out! the manager edoardo was also so generous and fantastic! 10/10 all around
Had such a beautiful Mother’s Day lunch at Paralia! The entire experience was amazing — beautiful view, great service, and incredible food. Every dish was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Chef Renato puts so much care and passion into every plate. Great job! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Miami!
Born and raised with the mediterranean cusine, I finally had the joy to enjoy delicious authentic aegean cuisine without having to fly 10 hours. My personal take on the cuisine: The authenticity, quality ingredients and brilliant techniques, met in the dish, kuddos to chef Renato Mekolli. Great service and atmosphere too! Definitely recommend it! It's a 10/10 to me!
SoulEdge: Spartacus Fortitude Arrived for dinner, one has to walk through the main pool area to get there. I met Crocet (apologies if I misspelled his name) a cool Russian employee & Christina my server. I ordered Sea Bass Fillet, well cooked & flaky. The dish came with celery root, its creamy substance akin to mashed potatoes. For dessert I ordered Crème Chocolate "Silk Road." Due to outside room temperature, I do recommend the dessert to be served in a smaller plate with lip edge. It can be easier to scoop up the dessert. As I finished paying, I was about to tip. But explained it is included in the bill. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. As she'd say "With Good service given, Pay it Forward. Or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the Moon 😆lol." As for the Spartacus Fortitude title, the Hotel industry can be fast pace choatic at times. Kudos to all, that make it happen everyday. Cue in the song "Existence" by Audiomachine & song "Art of Survival" by Ryan Taubert. 🇺🇸🇩🇪✌️🙏💪
This is a fabulous new Mediterranean restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Biscayne Bay. Amazing food, and service - and you can enjoy your food sitting on the beach! The staff was very kind and gracious!
