Motek in Miami Beach is outstanding. The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and every bite tastes like authentic Mediterranean cuisine at its best. The cocktails are creative, perfectly balanced, and pair beautifully with the menu. Their happy hour is, without question, the best I’ve experienced in Miami Beach. The combination of exceptional drinks, amazing food, and a lively atmosphere makes it an easy favorite. A special thank you to Pablo and Nina for providing outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made an already fantastic dining experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for fresh Mediterranean flavors, exceptional cocktails, unbeatable happy hour specials, and top notch service, Motek is a must visit. I’ll definitely be back!
Definitely one of the best Mediterranean spots in Miami. We loved all of the dishes we tried. The hummus and pita bread were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Their zucchini latkes were also very unique and absolutely delicious. We tried the falafel as well, and everything tasted amazing. The cocktails were great too. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for flavorful Mediterranean food. Only reason giving it 4 star is because of the unwelcoming host. Despite having an indoor dining reservation, she seemed quite disinterested in accommodating us with an indoor table. However, once we got seated, the serving staff was wonderful and provided amazing service throughout our meal.
Everything on this menu is delicious, but obviously get some of that freshly oven baked pita. The pastrami was as good as it is in NYC. Super tender and goes really well with the pita. The most surprising treat was the French toast made with Japanese milk bread. The outside was so crispy, but the inside had an excellent creamy texture. Hummus and babaganosh were winners. The pure mint tea was perfect for the huge hangover. The happy hour menu looked really good.
Hands down, this place was phenomenal. First of all, to get a $5 happy hour menu in south beach seems rare, so that was a plus. We stayed 30 minutes away in an Air BnB and wanted to get out the house for a bit. One my friends says his dental hygienist recommend this place and I am glad we went. The ambiance was beautiful, although it was a little rainy and overcast, and staff informed us we had to set inside, I liked how they sat us near the open entrance so it felt like we were outside. The decor and attention to details with the restaurant is amazing. Love the pops of yellow and for the food, this was some of the best medditerian food, I had. Iiked the variety of small plates and can share easily. I loved the babaganush, salmon skewers, salad, lollipop wings. The dessert was bland, can't remember the name but it was creamy white custard with raspberries and crushed pistachios, I think. The drinks were yummy and I had the summer candy, chardonnay, and the expresso martini. Would definitely come back here. We also made friends with some great people sitting near by, made the vibe fun. The waiter Jordan was professional, patient, and attentive.
Motek — where Israeli comfort food meets Miami cool. From the moment you spot the iconic yellow Fiat out front, you know you’re in for something special. Bright, airy, buzzing energy, and food that hits every note. 🥙 The food: Perfectly crispy falafel, silky hummus, fresh chopped salads, warm fluffy pita, and that schnitzel… golden, crunchy, and addictive. Every dish is vibrant, balanced, and full of authentic Mediterranean flavour. 🌿 The vibe: Casual yet stylish, great for sharing plates, lingering lunches, or just soaking up that Tel Aviv-meets-South-Beach feel. 🔥 Why it works: Fresh ingredients, bold flavours, generous portions, and consistently done right. One of those places you’ll crave again before you even leave. 📍 A must-visit if you love Israeli/Mediterranean cuisine done properly.
