I would first like to start by saying thank you Danielle, for an amazing experience. My wife and I had a fabulous time. From the atmosphere, music, food, drink and great service. Everything Danielle recommended was absolutely delicious. From food to drink to dessert. I recommend 105 to anyone looking for an amazing experience. Thank you ceviche 105!!!! Cvi.che 105 Coral Gables might officially be my favorite location out of the three! ✨ I’ve been to the Downtown and Dadeland locations before, but the Coral Gables restaurant was such a beautiful experience from the moment we walked in. We went at night ((And because it’s the Gables, y’all 😅 the kitchen closes at 10 PM, so plan accordingly!) and the atmosphere was absolutely stunning , elegant, vibrant and perfect for a night out with friends. The design of the space is just gorgeous. Paola, our server, was amazing throughout the entire dinner. Super attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. We tried a little bit of everything, from sushi rolls to different ceviches, (take a look at my pics!) and everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. You can really tell why Cv.iche 105 continues to be such a Miami favorite. Amazing food, incredible ambiance, and great service. Can’t wait to go back! 🌴🍣✨ When you go, tell them Flavia Sent You !
Fantastic! My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Ceviche 105 in Coral Gables and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Paulo, the manager, was exceptional…professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about both the menu and the overall guest experience. He gave us incredible recommendations and made us feel truly welcomed. We also want to recognize Rumalo, who was equally fantastic, along with the entire staff and team. David was our server and was equally as impressive. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Well done! Everyone worked together seamlessly and created such a great atmosphere. The happy hour is an amazing value, the vibe is energetic yet comfortable, and the music perfectly complemented the evening. It’s easy to see why this place has become such a favorite for so many people. A big thank you to Paulo, Rumalo, David, and the entire Ceviche 105 Coral Gables team for making the night so memorable. First time trying Peruvian. Stopped on way to destination after landing. Family loved it. Struggled at first trying to figure out what the different dishes were. But the waitress Flor was extremely helpful and patient. She was dealing with another difficult demanding table nearby and we still felt she gave us excellent service and attention. Would try again after my business is done and we’re heading back out. Just fyi: took a long time to write this review trying to figure out the names of the dishes but if you’re completely new to this cuisine TRY IT! Anyways. Everything was worth the extra time.
We had a wonderful experience and want to especially thank Flor for her exceptional service. I was not feeling well during our visit, and she immediately offered help with such kindness and care. When I unexpectedly started my period, Flor went out of her way to find three different feminine products for me to choose from. I was truly touched by her thoughtfulness. She was also very patient and friendly while explaining the menu and recommending the restaurant’s signature dishes. It was our first time in Miami, and thanks to Flor, we felt so welcomed. We already love this city and will definitely come back. Thank you, Flor, for your warmth and professionalism.
