A lovely evening celebrating my husband and Is anniversary 🩵 The ambiance of the restaurant is so beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious. Lastly, the service was truly what stood out. The waiters are very personable and kind. Highly recommend the zucchini flowers appetizer with goat cheese and honey as well as the pear pasta 🍝 🍐
For us, fanatics of authentic Italian food, discovering Bahiablue, a jewel in middle of Coconut Grove is like a fresh; guzzle for our thirst of enjoyments. We met Chef Vincenzo and instantly fell in love with the place decoration, ambiance, service and unforgettable attention. What about the food? It is a 10 stars for us who have travelled to the Amalfi Coast in Italy several times and can appreciate fresh seafood and pasta when we see it and taste it. Here it really feels like you are in the middle of Positano or Sorrento, it really made us felt that way. We ordered first an amazing ‘crab panzanella’ – a delightful appetizer, then fresh oysters, followed by ‘fiori di zucca’ another Italian delicious thing that melts in your mouth. As a surprise to the Chef, we ordered ‘linguini alla nerano’ with bottarga – an Italian specialty tastier many more times than caviar eggs. If you never have tasted bottarga, you are missing on a great pleasure for sure. For wine, nothing short of beautiful flavors from an amazing white Vermentino di Sardegna. Adding to the feast, we continued with a spectacular ‘rissoto ai frutti di mare’ – a full storm of great flavors for your palate. To seal the night with great colors, they brought us an amazing ‘sgroppino’ – a super delicious prosecco, lemon based drink that melted our hearts. We had an amazing dining experience, just like having dinner in Marina Piccola bay in Sorrento, Italy. If you’re serious about great talent, traditions, passion and dedication poured on your table, Bahiablue is the perfect spot. Thank you Vincenzo!
I had a wonderful dinner here with my mother. We had the branzino, broccoli, and truffle fries, and everything was delicious. The wine was fantastic too. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our waiter was especially charming and sweet — he even took a photo with my mom, which made her night. The whole place had such a fun, relaxed atmosphere without feeling pretentious at all. We’ll definitely be back.
I went to BaiaBlue Miami to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us incredibly well and made us feel very welcomed. The food was absolutely spectacular, and the desserts were beyond amazing — honestly unforgettable! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and perfect for a special celebration. Everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
Last night I had dinner at Baiablu, with 5 friends. We were all born and raised in Italy and we are always very skeptical about Italian restaurants abroad. However we have had the best gastronomic seafood experience ever. It was like being in the Amalfi Coast, thanks to the wonderful passion and expertise of chef Vincenzo Borriello. We got to try several different dishes: everything was delicious. I love “crudi” so my favorite dishes was “carpaccio of Sicilian shrimp”, and “tuna tartar with avocado”, both to die for! We also got to try the roasted octopus, the seafood frittura, the wagyu carpaccio with black truffle and the extra delicious fried zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese. Finally we got to try the best pasta dishes: paccheri allo scoglio and linguine with vongole veraci: absolutely exceptional. Finally, we got to try delizia al limone, traditional dessert from the Amalfi Coast and the pistacchio cream which left me speechless. Congratulations to Chef Borriello, you are the best!
