Every visit here is exceptional, but this one was especially memorable. After an 18 hour drive, I booked the "Hurts So Good" massage with Marianna, and her skill was incredible. She was so warm, intuitive, and knew exactly what my body needed my back still feels completely reset. She's truly an asset to your team. From the stress free valet to the genuinely kind staff, everything feels effortless. The amenities and common areas are always spotless, and Lido's food and drinks are immaculate. This consistently relaxing and outstanding experience is exactly why I keep coming back!
I love this place. It's beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and their spa is like no other. One of the few co-ed spas where you can use every amenity with your spouse without having to separate. You feel like you step into another world when you are here.
First time visiting the standard yesterday and had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond with their customer service, the atmosphere and energy at the pool was great and I had the BEST massage I have ever received from Gustavo! If I ever come back I will request him every time. He did a phenomenal job
Wifey took me for a pre Father’s Day spa visit. And as usual the spa and massage were awesome. However the day spent by the pool turned all of the relaxation and smiles into a frown and unpleasantness. It was a tad busy but our service and server sucked. We waited multiple times, 30 mins plus for a drink, forcing us to run down Random severs and food runners for our severs attention. Every time drinks finally came, cocktails with already melted ice watered down. Beers warm like they sat outside for 15 mins before somebody finally brought them over. Seems like our server was just taking orders and relying on everyone else to run her items. Relying on that already included gratuity. Seems like the manager didn’t care either.. For an example the last time me and wifey came our bill by the pool was easily $500 plus between us 2, additional tip left , Service great and attentive. Yesterday our bill was $190 and we called it quits after realizing even as the crowd got smaller the service didn’t improve. Disappointed is how we left. Thumbs up massage and spa. Thumbs down service by pool…. Could’ve gotten better service at a TGI Fridays
This place is absolutely amazing. I love the vibe here, its beautiful and right on the water. I loved dining (food was good) and just hanging out here watching the yatchs cruise by. The spa is amazing and theres plenty of spacious showers (with shampoo, conditioner, and soap) and locker rooms. The drinks are good and strong. Very expensive but its worth the experience. Everyone working here is so nice and helpful. The best thing about it is its dog friendly. People were enjoying time with their dogs lounging by the pool and at the restaurants. It is adults only so theres no kids splashing on the pool. Kids dont typically bother me but it was nice to have an adults only vibe for a change. Highly recommend, this place will not disappoint.
