Had the most amazing experience at Kalma Spa inside Hotel Victor South Beach. My sister and I booked the 75-minute couples massage and honestly from the moment we walked in, the entire atmosphere felt so peaceful, luxurious, and calming. The spa itself is BEAUTIFUL, smells amazing, and immediately puts you into relaxation mode. Every little detail was thoughtful, from the lighting to the meditation spaces and overall energy of the spa. I had Michael as my massage therapist and my sister had Ibis, and we both left saying it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. Michael was absolutely perfect for me. His pressure was exactly what I needed, not too soft and not painfully deep either, just the perfect balance. You can tell he’s extremely experienced and really understands the body and how to manipulate the muscles and tension areas correctly. He was so attentive the entire time and adjusted naturally to what my body needed without me even having to say much. I walked in holding so much tension in my shoulders, neck, and back and left feeling lighter, relaxed, and honestly like a different person. It was one of those massages where you genuinely don’t want it to end. 10000/10 experience with him. My sister Jaidy had Ibis and she could not stop talking about how amazing she was too. She said Ibis had great pressure, made her feel extremely comfortable, and gave such a relaxing and therapeutic massage. We both loved how professional, kind, and attentive they were throughout the entire experience. The couples massage experience overall was incredible and felt so luxurious and relaxing from beginning to end. If you’re in Miami Beach/South Beach and looking for a spa day, I genuinely recommend Kalma Spa. Between the atmosphere, customer service, and the quality of the massage therapists, it was worth every second. We will absolutely be coming back. 🤍
It was alright... Staff was very nice but the steam room was not working which was one of the main draws for me. The hammam was technically working but I was unable to use it due to it not being warmed up while I was there and missing the opportunity. I did enjoy the relaxation room for awhile while waiting for service but that was about it. The service itself was alright but felt rushed after the therapist forgot to come get me for when the service was supposed to start. I am glad I went up and asked or my time would have gone by completely. The massage was relaxing but it felt more like being repeatedly lathered with oil and not so much relief for my muscles. Overall it was an ok time but i don't think it was worth the price paid.
Such an amazing experience here at Kalma. Maria was amazing as she guided us though our experience. Our massages left us floating and feeling so relaxed leading into the rest of the day. Thank you!
K’Alma Spa at the Hotel Victor is hands down the best spa in Miami Beach. Right on Ocean Drive and steps from the sand, it’s the perfect escape from the rush of South Beach. I booked a spa package with a massage and facial, and both were incredible – professional, relaxing, and completely personalized. I loved that they gave you socks at the spa instead of those tiny sandals. The couples massage rooms are stunning, which makes it an amazing choice for romantic getaways or anyone looking for a true South Beach spa experience. The atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you walk in, the staff is exceptional, and every treatment feels luxury level. Amenities include a relaxation lounge with swings, a steam room, a Hammam, and a Meditation Room, which makes the entire experience even more special. If you’re searching for a hotel spa in South Beach or a relaxing day spa near the beach, this is the one. Truly a standout compared to the typical cookie cutter spas. Highly recommend their spa membership which is super well priced.
