had an incredible experience at Hyper Vida Wellness Spa. The lymphatic drainage treatment was amazing and left me feeling so much lighter and refreshed. I also enjoyed the red light therapy bed and oxygen chamber, both of which were deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa is hyper modern and beautiful, with an inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at peace. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back
My new favourite wellness spot in Miami! As a newcomer to the city, it’s been hard finding deregulating activities to do in the evenings, but I had the absolute most relaxing time at HyperVida. I did the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light chamber and it really does make a difference in how the body feels, I almost fell asleep in both I was so relaxed. Emily and Ophelia guided me through my sessions and honestly made my visit. They were so kind and knowledgable - they didn’t miss a beat - and I really appreciated getting a service where the guides knew exactly what the treatments were meant for and the science behind them. I would definitely return to do the same combo and add on the EMS. Also, turns out the chambers fit 4 at a time so will also looking into coming with friends, as well as their monthly memberships.
Had an amazing experience today - tried HBOT. This club has a state of art team and equipment. Annabelle is so friendly and professional- she made me feel very very welcome even though I was a walk-in. Love and want to come back again!

The space feels calm, clean and thoughtfully curated. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I left feeling lighter, clear-headed and deeply restored! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
I had an amazing experience at Hyper Vida. I did hyperbaric chamber sessions along with circulation therapy as part of my post-op healing, and the results were incredible. The facility is clean, modern, and very calming. The staff is professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The hyperbaric chamber is spacious, easy to use, and very relaxing. I left feeling lighter, with improved circulation, reduced swelling, and an overall sense of well-being. I highly recommend Hyper Vida, especially for post-op recovery and healing. I’ll definitely be coming back!
