We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our visit. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Love this location and apartment style hotel. Perfect for families and also individuals. Clean, comfortable and excellent coral gables location. All of the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. The valet service is excellent and convenient. Rebecca at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will continue to return
Absolutely amazing stay at The Avenue. Came with my husband and daughters and the setup was perfect. We stayed at the family suite and the girls loved their room with their individual beds. The ambiance was special. Really felt like home. The lobby smelled incredible and expensive. The location was perfect being right next to merrick park. So many options to do a workout in the morning like soul cycle or equinox. And lets not forget the service. The professionals working at front desk and valet were extra. They were always courteous and happy. So nice to be around people that seem to enjoy their job and people. Overall an excellent stay.
Absolutely incredible stay at The Avenue Hotel Coral Gables in the heart of Merrick Park! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. From the wonderful front desk agent Dani. The location truly can’t be beat — steps from the shops and restaurants at Shops at Merrick Park, and perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Coral Gables. The rooftop pool is hands down the BEST rooftop pool in the area — stunning views, beautiful atmosphere, and the perfect place to relax or enjoy sunset vibes. It feels like a private oasis in the sky. The 1- and 2-bedroom suites are absolutely beautiful — spacious, modern, and designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Perfect for both short getaways and longer stays. Every detail feels elevated and thoughtfully curated. Service was exceptional, the property is immaculate, and the overall experience was beyond five stars. If you’re looking for the best location, gorgeous suites, and an unbeatable rooftop pool experience in Coral Gables, this is it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨
Excellent stay in the family suite!. Comfortable beds, well fitted kitchen, washer / dryer make this a good option for families with children. Super friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. Lovely rooftop pool with various loungers and beds. Only thing to keep in mind is that (room) balconies are small (no possibility to sit outside). No breakfast option at the hotel, but several options in close proximity or use kitchen if staying in the room. All in all a wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay!
