I am giving 5 stars for the service we received during our stay at Staybridge. We came in early morning from our flight and our check in wasn’t until 4pm. It wouldn’t have been so bad as we had already spoken to staff and they were willing to hold our luggage but we were on a 5 hr flight where there were 2 kids crying 90% of the time and did not allow us to sleep. That was rough. We arrived and Tiffany was the one assisting us. We came at around breakfast so she said we could go ahead and have breakfast if we wanted, which helped us out because we were tired and hungry. She was able to give us an earlier check in and we just appreciated that so much to be able to just go and take a nap. She was very friendly, and honestly so forreal. She was absolutely great and was the main contributor to how good our stay was. As for the location it was nice because it was close to the airport and the port for our cruise. The breakfast was good and the kids always enjoy that. As for the room, it was nice that it was a suite and spacious. Cleanliness could use some work and the rooms could use some renovation but we were only there for like a day so we really didn’t need much. I also really liked that they offered free laundry! You just had to buy the detergents and stuff but they had that by the front desk for purchase. The value was pretty good though for the night. Once again, shoutout to Tiffany for being such a sweetheart and giving us such excellent customer service.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for Marc at Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport. Marc is one of the best hotel employees I've ever come across. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He goes far above and beyond what's expected of him, and it shows that he truly takes pride in his work. It's rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of customer service. He made me feel welcomed, answered every question with a smile, and made the entire stay that much better. Employees like Marc are the reason people come back. If management happens to read this, I hope Marc gets the recognition he deserves. Team members like him are a huge asset to your hotel and represent the Staybridge Suites brand exceptionally well. Second time is definitely the charm!! Returned from our cruise and decided to stay here again before flying back home and WOW, what a difference! Major improvements have been made and I’m happy to say our stay was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. A very special shoutout to Jesus, Tiffany, Shanay, Jacari, Cortavis, Niya, and Deondre you all truly made this experience exceptional!
