The room and location are great. Service at the pool is great. But the front office [ réception and billing] is a nightmare.... we stayed there for two weeks, one week after the other with complementary breakfast on the first week ( that we paid in the package of course)... not only did they charge the services and taxes for those breakfasts but double included them on the following week. Plus they required a 1000 usd extra hold on my card, and an other 1000 extra hold for the following week ( room already paid)...
I spent this past weekend at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price. The wallpaper in my room was peeling, making the room feel worn and in need of maintenance. I was also unable to stream to the TV, which was disappointing. In 2026, I think guests reasonably expect modern technology to work without issue. I brought these concerns to the manager’s attention during checkout. He acknowledged that he was already aware of the streaming problem, but there was no follow-up, apology beyond the acknowledgment, or any effort to make things right. For the amount I paid to stay here, I expected a higher standard of upkeep and guest service. I hope the hotel invests in the necessary upgrades and places greater emphasis on addressing guest concerns when issues are known.
SLS Brickell never disappoints. Whether you’re staying at the hotel, spending the day relaxing by the pool, or just stopping in for dinner and drinks, the entire experience always feels elevated from start to finish. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is amazing, and the whole property has such a fun luxury Miami energy to it. One of my favorite parts is being able to hang by the pool during the day and then head downstairs for dinner after. The restaurants inside are always such a vibe and the food is consistently incredible. Between the ambiance, cocktails, music, and overall energy, it’s one of those places that always makes the night feel special. SLS Brickell is easily one of my favorite places to stay and spend time in Miami. ✨🌴🍸
Very good stay !!! Rooms , staff , check in/check out process were great. 9th floor pool and gym and spa area were good but it’s a shame that the spa / gym showers were being renovated. Liked the hotel rooms a lot . Especially the beds and the amount of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes. Coffee making facilities were good. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, good size fridge and microwave and good quality plates and cutlery Front desk staff were very good indeed. Very helpful. Special mention to FRITZ, lovely guy. Very professional But whole team were alert , friendly and helpful. Only negative was the location. A Bit too busy and noisy for my liking but that’s personal preference I suppose.
