What a fabulous experience! We went to the Epic for a girls pool day. Dahiana took great care of us and was super nice and attentive. But she also gave us space to relax and unwind. She gave suggestions on the menu. Food and drinks were delicious! Some of the best calamari I’ve had in a very long time. We had a great time and will definitely go back!
We had an amazing birthday vacation, and Tara Balseca made our pool experience truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Tara provided exceptional service with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us throughout the day, and went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration feel special. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding hospitality turned a great day into an extraordinary one. EPIC Hotel is hands down the best hotel !!! I’ve been coming here since November 2021, and what keeps me coming back is the incredible staff. The staff genuinely cares about their guests and ensures to make every stay special. My most recent visit was for my birthday, and Tara at the pool bar made it unforgettable! She surprised me with complimentary champagne and sent hors d’oeuvres to the room. Front desk sent complimentary wine bottle to our room when my husband told them it’s my birthday. Robert, and Oscar also played a huge part in making my experience over the top with their outstanding hospitality and kindness and even arranged a VIP parking upgrade. The SPA is another reason I love staying here!! The massages are always amazing. I come here just for the massages! Thank you to the entire EPIC Hotel team for consistently making me feel so welcomed. I cannot wait to come back every year!
Great stay right on the water! Loved our stay at the Kimpton EPIC! The location right on the canal is fantastic, and the pool overlooking the water is the perfect spot to relax. Our room and bathroom were impressively spacious, the king bed was super comfortable, and the blackout shades worked amazingly well for sleeping in. The greeting staff was warm and welcoming, and you can’t beat being so close to City Centre. My only real critique is that it would be great if they provided complimentary bottled water in the room. Other than that, fantastic experience!
I want to thank your staff for making our stay a great experience. Your front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Once I checked into my room, I was pleasantly surprised not only by the cleanliness of the room but also by the fresh smell. We dined at both restaurants at the property and really enjoyed our food and the customer service. Also, your pool staff is extremely attentive. Overall, I would 100% recommend this property, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you so much for paying so much. Attention to detail: There aren't many places that provide legendary customer service. This hotel is definitely one of them
