Great experience. Location is 10/10 to explore downtown Miami. Immediate access to Riverwalk was key. CVS ans wholefoods are 1 and 2 blocks away. Metro mover takes you most downtown places for free...stop connects directly and under cover to hotel. Beds were very nice, as was the room. Try to get one of the corner rooms with two walls of windows of floor to ceiling windows. Will return!
Was on a layover. Checked in roughly 6am. Room was at suitable temperature and clean! Had a lovely view of the heart of the city and sky. Staff was accommodating and understood our situation and gave us a later checkout. Was walking distance from most or had free public transportation on the Metro rail. I loved the scenery in the hotel with all the travelers. It is about 30 min or less to MIA airport, too. There is not a microwave in the room. That would have been nice after coming in so late/early. Tje room was spacious and had a white noise device. I enjoyed my short visit!
Stayed here for 5 nights while attending a dance event in Miami. The front desk staff were friendly, the restaurant host was incredibly welcoming, and the overall hospitality stood out. The front desk team merged my two reservations and even honored the lower rate for all five nights, which was a pleasant surprise. As a Globalist, the complimentary breakfast was a highlight. The buffet became my go-to every morning and consistently excellent. The location was fantastic: walkable to several restaurants and convenient for exploring the area. Valet parking cost more than I expected ($79/night), but the service was efficient and hassle-free. Some nights they even parked my car up front. Great stay overall, and I’d gladly return.
We were here for a quick weekend. Upon walking in and towards the front desk to check in, I received prompt greeting, smile, & amazing service. Amaya was thorough and shared hotel information, local eateries, and more. We were offered water and she was super cool throughout the entire check in process. Amaya you are a gem and Hyatt Regency Miami is lucky you have you. The whole staff did a great job. We will be back!
