We stay at the Hampton Inn Brickell every time we're in Miami — it's become our go-to spot. They offer solid rates for the area and an unbeatable location right in the heart of Brickell. Everything is super walkable, with tons of great restaurants, shopping, and cafés nearby. Coffee lovers should definitely check out Cortadita Brickell for excellent Cuban coffee. The pool area is on the smaller side but rarely crowded, and the complimentary cabanas are a nice touch. You can easily order food from the neighboring restaurant (Batch) for poolside delivery. The bar is well-stocked, and our favorite bartender, Adrian, makes fantastic drinks — he's genuinely friendly and always happy to give neighborhood recommendations. Make sure that you stop by the bar - better than the concierge! Parking is convenient and stress-free. We usually score a spot right by the elevator, which makes loading/unloading bags effortless. The rooms are comfortable (loving the recent pillow upgrade!), and we highly recommend requesting the elite floor for the extra perks like complimentary drinks and late checkout. Overall, a reliable, well-located hotel with great staff. Highly recommend!
Incredibly close to shopping and within walking distance to tons on incredible restaurants. The rooms are super clean with modern decor. The staff is really helpful and friendly. There are two really good restaurants next door as well. The only negative us the continental breakfast. It is, what it is. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. They have a little something for everyone. Overall, this establishment is really nice and perfectly located in Miami.
Hotel, staff and sales team are amazing! Whether staying for one night, one week or more, this hotel is great! I travel frequently for work and my company often hosts quests in the area. For this, I always work with the sales team (Christina Delaney, Nataly Mejia and Grace Guajardo for my reservations. They are quick to respond to requests and needs, friendly & personable, and always ready to assist with the extras, like booking a conference room or adding guests at the last min. Amazing team of people! Highly recommend this team, staff and hotel.
Absolutely amazing hotel stay before my cruise. This hotel is clean, convenient to shopping and plenty of restaurants/bars. Walking distance to a Publix, the mall, bakery, etc. The hotel checkin is on the 6th floor, the first floor is mainly a seating area and concierge. They offer free hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in the room, cruise shuttle at time of this review is priced at $12 with pick up times at 10a, 11a, and 12p. If you miss breakfast, they had breakfast bags with fruit and other grab and go items. You will need your room key to access the laundry room and guest floors. There is no carpet in the room I was in (basic king- not the elite level) and pets are not allowed. Service animals only. The hotel has a lobby bar, three restaurants are located right next door (Sproutz, Batch Gastropub, and Shahs of Kabob). I dined at Sproutz and Shahas of Kabob and both are good, but they are not affiliated with the hotel. I stayed 3 nights prior to my cruise and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioner worked with no issues, pillows are very soft, bed was firm, but not uncomfortable and I slept better in that bed, than my own. There is a master light switch to control the overhead light in the entry and bathroom. You can operate them separately (it just takes some flipping of lights to figure it out). Decent water pressure and nice, hot water at night. Morning time I suggest getting your shower in early. Hot water is still present but not as hot as it was the night before. Tip- I took my shower at 5/6am the morning of checkout and the water was hot and perfect for a nice shower before leaving for cruise. Staff was always smiling, friendly and willing to assist. Carlos at the concerige desk is very helpful, ask for his recommendations and he is more than happy to assist. The 7th floor has the laundry facility, but many machines were out of order. This is going on my pre cruise hotel list because it was the perfect hotel and the perfect location. It was about a 15min ride to the cruise port and airport. The cruise port ride was booked for 8am, so I beat the 9am bumper car cruise port traffic.
I stayed here with my family for a week and honestly choosing this hotel was the best decision made. We had received bad treatment from other hotels in Miami, so when we moved to this one we didn’t know what to expect but honestly, we were beyond pleased. From the minute you walk in, to the minute you get on the 6th floor and check in. Every member of the staff here is incredibly friendly and truly does their best to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed; one staff member even went above and beyond by providing us with a personalized itinerary of things to do during our visit! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are impressively big and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. The location is absolutely perfect—situated right in the city center and surrounded by great restaurants. It was so convenient to hop on the free train nearby to explore the area. If I am ever back in Miami, there is only one hotel I’ll look for to stay in again, and it’s definitely this one. Highly recommended!
