Currently staying at Flow Hotel Miami and having a great experience so far! Apartment is super spacious and has all the amenities you need. A special shoutout to Luis and Nico, who have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They’ve made me well taken care of throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and excellent service really stand out. It’s people like Luis and Nico who make a stay that much more enjoyable! Thank you both and highly recommend Flow Hotel Miami!
This hotel was a great stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted Louis who is extremely friendly and was super helpful! We stayed a couple of nights to attend FIFA fanfest and getting around to Bayfront was pretty easy. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make your own meals easily and the amenities were great. Wish we had more time to actually spend more time within the hotel itself. The decor all over the hotel is so nice. Keep in mind if you’re booking with a third party source like Trip.com or Expedia that you’ll have to pay a resort fee upfront when checking in ($45). There is also a $200 hold on your card in case something happens. I also tried calling a few times before the booking and was not able to get a hold of anyone. Not sure that there is a phone at the front to connect with anyone about your reservation. Other than that it’s a nice hotel and I’d definitely stay there again :)
We recently returned from our stay at Flow Hotel. We paid approximately $1,700 for a Studio Suite and felt that the room did not meet our expectations for the price. When I booked through the hotel’s website, the Studio Suite shown included a balcony, a small dining table, and appeared to be an entirely different room than the one we received. The room we were assigned did not match what was advertised, which was very disappointing. Our view consisted mainly of an AC unit and a dirty dog bed , which was not what we expected given the cost of the room. We would like to recognize Luis (or Lewis)at the front desk, who genuinely tried to help us by looking for another room. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available. Luis contacted the manager, and we were told that gift cards would be provided the following day as compensation for the inconvenience. However, we never received the promised gift cards. While we appreciate Luis’s efforts and customer service, we were disappointed that the issue was not ultimately resolved and that the promised compensation was never provided. I stayed at Flow Miami for a weekend getaway with friends and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the space felt less like a hotel and more like a home. The apartment was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay—including a Nespresso machine, which was such a nice touch for slow mornings with a view. The views were incredible, the amenities were top-notch, and everything felt thoughtfully curated to make guests feel comfortable. Whether we were enjoying the pool, working out, or just relaxing in the apartment, it had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've stayed in a lot of places in Miami, and Flow stood out because of how homey and comfortable it felt. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.
Great value for money. Couldn’t have done a better choice when it comes to hotel in Miami. We spent there 5 nights and everything was amazing. The room is spacious, with all equipment you need, amazing view. You can even grab a coffee near the pool and the gym. The hotel has a great location. The staff is very helpful and kind. And in general we loved the vibe and the design of the whole place. Totally recommend it!
