1 had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the highlight of my stay was Shayra. She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. She made me feel valued as a guest and always had a smile on her face. Great customer service like hers is hard to find. I truly enjoyed meeting her, and I would definitely come back just because of how amazing Shayra was. Thank you for making my stay so special!
We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Charlene at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made us feel right at home, let us know about the events and activities happening during our stay, and even offered us complimentary daiquiris upon check-in, which was a great touch. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a fantastic first impression and set the tone for a great stay. The only minor downside was that the room was a little smaller than we expected, but we made it work and still enjoyed our stay. Overall, we had a great experience, and Charlene’s outstanding hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

The front desk employee, Michelle, was incredible! She provided exceptional customer service toward our family during our three day stay. She provided us with water bottles, beach towels, bikes, a cocktail, and more. She worked with our schedule on the front and back end of our cruise. The location was perfect to walk out the door the beach, restaurants and activities. We were worried about the party atmosphere outside impacting our sleep, but it didn’t at all. Would definitely recommend.
