I actually went there for a breakfast meeting. It was old school meets modern flavour. Nice to be sitting in a hotel known for being in movies but the food was also very delicious and timely. Staff were also personable and terrific.

The hotel is beautiful, historic, and full of character, with impressive architecture, elegant common areas, and well-maintained grounds. The staff made me feel welcome, and I appreciated the thoughtful patriotic gift I received during my stay. Breakfast at Fontana was also a great experience, with a good selection of food and a relaxing atmosphere. The property feels luxurious and unique, and there is plenty to enjoy without having to leave the hotel. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend The Biltmore to anyone looking for a memorable and upscale stay in Coral Gables.

Breakfast is excellent, whether enjoying the buffet in the beautiful courtyard or the loggia — fresh, abundant, and served in an unforgettable setting. We had an amazing stay at The Biltmore Hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the entire team made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of—especially the front desk staff, who were exceptional. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, blending elegance with comfort. What makes this hotel even more special is its rich history. Being 100 years old, it feels like staying in a living museum, yet with all the modern touches you could want. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
