Words fail to capture the exceptional service we received at this hotel. We chose it as a day trip destination in Miami before heading to Key West for my girlfriend’s birthday. Upon booking, I informed the hotel about her birthday as the reason for our check-in. The response was nothing short of extraordinary. As soon as we arrived, Melanie at the front desk checked us in and went above and beyond. She seamlessly coordinated with the rest of the staff and left an unforgettable surprise in our room; balloons, snacks, and a personalized birthday card. The attention to detail and care from check-in to room selection exceeded our expectations. For that reason, I will always book with this hotel whenever I travel to the Brickel area. Melanie, thank you for making our stay the best one yet and adding to the special nature of my girlfriend’s birthday. This birthday is particularly challenging for my girlfriend, as she lost her best friend in February. It’s her first birthday without her, a no nd everything you did made a significant difference, bringing her immense joy. The moment she walked in and saw the beautiful setup, her face lit up with pure delight. To make matters even better, our original hotel canceled on us, and the day started off rough. However, thanks to your exceptional service and last-minute booking, we managed to find a great accommodation. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Melanie and the entire team for their outstanding efforts.
Amazing staff, comfortable room, Great Location!!! I was on a business trip needed a haircut stopped at a barbershop called the spot and had a barber named Nick that gave me the best haircut I ever had! Great name too ha. Tons of amazing restaurants near by too 10 out of 10
Had to get a room here at the last minute after being bumped from my 4 star hotel for the evening. Was surprisingly good as I'm a business traverler and the staff was very pleasant. Was a little concerned with all of the construction going on in the neighborhood, but the room was nice for the price point and the bar menu and breakfast was very good and was a very good value too. I think its designed for younger travelers but it worked wonderfully for me as a business traveler too.
Came for a World Cup game. Great experience. Perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed. I received INCREDIBLE service from Rachel. I accidentally left some items in the room safe and she coordinated to have them picked up. She was professional and caring. Very grateful. Thank you!
Fast and super friendly check in! Room is perfectly clean! Bed and pillows are comfy! TV and Fridge work very well! The outside balcony has tables and a great view of the city and nearby condo towers. The bar downstairs had a good happy hour with happy people having fun! There is a liquor store across the street and a gas station nearby that sells beer and snacks! There is also a Publix down the street and a Wendy's down to the right when you exit. The free Metromover is just over to the right and the waterfront area to the north is about a 15 minute walk or just catch the Metromover. I highly recommend this hotel! It looks new and modern! Fantastic quiet neighborhood at night and Pets are also welcome here! Just a cool friendly overall vibe! I would definitely return here!
