The 12-course omakase was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The drink pairings were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. Unbelievable tuna cutting ceremony at SORA, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Watching the masters skillfully breakdown the fish right in front of us was incredible, but the real highlight was getting to taste it. The tuna is as fresh as it gets—the pieces literally melted in my mouth like butter. You can genuinely taste the premium quality in every single bite. The service throughout the evening was completely flawless. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel incredibly welcome the moment you walk through the door. Before dinner, we spent some time at the bar, and the drinks are an absolute must-try. The bartenders are true mixologists: creative, balanced, and perfectly crafted cocktails that set the tone for the rest of the night. If you get a chance to catch a ceremony here, do not hesitate. SORA delivers on every level!

Watching the chefs break down a massive Bluefin tuna right in front of the guests is both impressive and educational. You can tell there is a lot of skill, passion, and preparation behind the event. The food was outstanding. Every course was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. This is easily one of the most unique seafood dining experiences in Miami. A special shoutout to Daniel, the manager, along with the chefs and the entire service team for making the event run so smoothly.
