We Love the shrimp cocktail, It's the best we've tried. But all the raw food it was Amaizing!

Prime 54 knows exactly how to balance indulgence with precision, with a refined edge. The jumbo crab cake is rich and generously packed, with that creamy, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture. Then comes the warm bread and butter, while not even on the menu, it is the most addictive part of the night. The Caesar salad keeps it classic but elevated, with crisp greens and those focaccia croutons that bring that “chunky bread” bite into play. The burrata with roasted pepper conserva and multigrain toast is slightly sweet, and layered with texture, it’s one of those dishes that splurged in your mouth in a melty way, especially when paired with the warm bread on the table. For mains, the seared scallops are freshly sitting over a light, flavorful base (not pasta, but something much more subtle and balance, think creamy and herbaceous rather than heavy). The fries with truffled mayonnaise were the only miss for me, they lacked that crispy, golden punch, and the truffle note felt slightly off balance instead of elevating the dish. Where things really shine is with the steakhouse essentials. The steak is exactly what you come for, juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked medium rare, with that rich red center done right. On the side, what might look like a simple Japanese sweet potato delivers a creamy, almost risotto, like texture that pairs surprisingly well with the meat, adding a subtle sweetness that complements each bite. And then the lobster mac & cheese, decadent, ultra creamy, and unapologetically tasty. It delivers that signature steakhouse personality that you don’t question. The espresso martini hits that middle ground, not too strong, not too light, just enough to wake you up and keep the night moving. Dessert closes things on a solid note. The double chocolate cake isn’t overly layered or complex, but leans into a dense, creamy dark chocolate profile that feels rich and satisfying. But what truly defines Prime 54 is the team. The service lives up to the name, prime in every sense. Timing is sharp, details are intentional, and everything, from the perfectly cooked steak to the warm bread that melts butter, instantly feels curated. Nora leads with a level of excellence that clearly reflects in her team. Manuel and Ronald at the bar bring both energy and precision, and together the entire staff creates a seamless, welcoming rhythm throughout the night. Set inside the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Prime 54 stands out not just as a refined steakhouse, but as part of what makes the property such a staple in Miami. It’s polished without being stiff, indulgent without being excessive, and the kind of place that leaves you already planning your next visit.

Prime 54 – Fontainebleau Miami We had an exceptional experience at Prime 54 while celebrating our anniversary. Anastasia is truly one of the best bartenders in Miami—her expertise, warmth, and thoughtful recommendations for both food and cocktails made our evening incredibly special. Every suggestion was flawless, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Anastasia and her fellow bartender made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was elevated by great music and impeccable service, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Please extend our sincere thanks to Anastasia—she is an absolute gem and a true professional. We look forward to returning very soon. Thank you again for a wonderful evening.

Restaurant is beautiful. Staff was kind as well. However, I specifically told our server I was not hungry and ordered accordingly. I ordered the lobster, when my bill arrived I realized he charged me for a whole lobster when I fully expected a half. The lobster came out mushy and cold. Mashed potatoes I sub’ed for fries were very good. It was late and I was so exhausted I didn't say anything. But it has continued to bother me that I ended up paying for a whole lobster that I didn't even eat because it was poorly served. I assume he did that because their gratuity is auto-added to the bill.

Gabrielle was a great waiter. Very informative and very personable! My wife and I really enjoyed conversing with him. Lobster was fantastic and my wife's filet was uniquely great with the sauce on the plate! Recommend! Cesar salad almost melted in the mouth somehow!
