Reviews
I visited the Rum Bar at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne and enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The oysters were fresh and the passion fruit cocktail was excellent. I also ordered the Mini Lobster Brioche which came as a set of about three. The flavor was good but there were three pieces of shell inside the roll which took away from the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the drinks were the highlight of the visit. I would return for the cocktails and the service.
SoulEdge: Achtung Ragnarök Rebirth I was nice enough to give this a 4- star review instead of 3-star one. Please read on. Dined late afternoon met Madison & June, both gave me excellent service. Please be advised, it takes payment using credit card, not cash. I asked Madison which variation of the Mini Lobster Brioche was on the menu. The Connecticut (hot) or Maine (cold). She went to check and another employee, informed its the cold version. And it came with fries. I also ordered Mezze Hummus, its Roasted Beet Humus was spot on. Both dishes came with good presentations. Here's my recommendations on Mini Lobster Brioche. Try toasting both sides of the Brioche bun a bit longer, giving it that crisp. Add pepper, celery, and or onions to lobster roll mixture. You want to present something worthy (not bland ) of the Ritz-Carlton brand. Btw adding dessert options wouldn't hurt either. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. She'd say "When good service given. Pay it Forward, or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the moon lol." Cue in the song " The Lady In Red" by Chris de Burgh & song " ME! " by Taylor Swift ( ft. Brendan Urie of Panic! At The Disco) 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️🙏
