Five minutes drive from the renowned Aventura Mall makes this building perfect for people who need a quiet and practical place to stay. With many restaurantes surrounding it makes it perfect for going out to dinner and enjoying Miami's nocturnal lifestyle and specially if you don't feel like driving, most of them are walking distance or nearby.Brand new building in the heart of Aventura
Our apartments come equipped with quality furniture and house decor that bring the warm and cozy feeling of being right back at home. One bedroom per unit including king-sized beds with night stands on each side, Smart TV's that has multiple apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming platforms to watch the movies you like and enjoy. Bathrooms come with all the necessary essentials being shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and clean towels that are changed daily upon request of ours guests.
Complete and fully equipped kitchens with all stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. As well as washer and dryer for those who prefer to do their own laundry. We stock our units with cleaning supplies for those who enjoy maintaining and keeping a clean space for themselves, but we also offer daily cleanings (upon request) for those who prefer to enjoy their vacations, chores-free!
For special occasions the building comes with a great BBQ area to roast and cook all your favorite dishes as well as an outdoor communal pool you may enjoy
