Description

Embark on a 60-minute airboat tour of the Everglades and get to see all the wildlife, flora, and fauna of this incredible ecosystem. During this tour, which is guided by an experienced Everglades captain, listen to tales of how the Seminole and panther once coexisted in the lush Everglades wilderness. Learn a wealth of other facts and information about the region. As well as catching a glimpse of endangered wildlife as you skim across the water, all airboat ticket purchases automatically include entrance into the Alligator and Reptile exhibit where you can catch educational presentations and even get up close to a baby alligator and touch its unique skin. Choose how you would like to experience the Everglades. The Day Time tour explores this unique ecosystem in full daylight, perfect for getting clear views of the diverse wildlife. The Night Tour travels the dark river to seek out the sights and sounds of various creatures including the nocturnal alligator, distinguishable only by its glowing red eyes.

Important Information

• Please call the local tour operator to arrange a tour time. We have limited accessibility for guests who are handicapped. The boats are not wheelchair accessible but our exhibits are. If you are able to comfortably take a step down into our boats or have a family member help you into and out of the boat, you will be able to enjoy the boat ride. Upon check-in, please let our clerks know that you will need additional time to board the boat and we will be sure to let the captain know so you will be escorted to the front of the line and given time to get comfortable. If you are apprehensive about having to get into the boat comfortably, you can still enjoy our animal exhibits! The exhibit area is a gravel walkway. We have a wheelchair we can lend you at no cost for the exhibit area.
